Before we are born, we choose, with the Creator, primary life lessons that will allow us to learn self-mastery in the best and highest way. We also make potential contracts with other souls incarnating to help us along the way. Some of these lessons are facilitated through an Energy Stamp and others through an Energy Matrix. Often, we have one of each, however it does vary from person to person. The Energy Stamp is usually an experience in childhood that leaves a lasting impression and can be healed. An Energy Matrix is the way in which you are wired and thus, does not need to be healed for it can only be mastered. According to Steve Rother and The Group (www.lightworker.com), Mastery is “the act of taking something negative and using it in a positive way.” Sometimes helping to identify a life lesson can alleviate pressure and confusion in an individual and provide her/him with a stepping-stone to mastery and/or healing.
