Life is filled with magic and beauty. Even the most difficult moments are tinted
with the splendor of adventure. This is Great Spirit’s
gift to us all- the freedom to experience the full range of the emotional
spectrum. The key is to remember to stay centered in the sacred heart space.
This is what has allows us to perceive all experiences as the wonderful gift
that they are. In no way, does this mean that life is always easy. On the
contrary, there are moments of perceived loneliness, sadness, and grief…. All
of these part of the Grand Cosmic Game we call the “Human Experience.” And
these moments of perceived darkness allow us to truly appreciate the light-
the joy, abundance, and beauty that life offers us. This creates a wonderful
Cosmic Tapestry filled with images of light and dark woven together with the
thread of love for all of life’s creations. So the
question then becomes- how do we stay centered in the heart? We do this by
working on our deepest fears - facing them, acknowledging them, and releasing
them with love. This is called “shadow work.” Together, we will embark on the
shadow journey and shine light into the darkest corners of your soul so that
you may find the freedom to express your True Self. The shamans, and most
indigenous peoples, say that they still live in the Garden of Eden. They do
not understand this concept of being kicked out of the Garden. For them,
there is still beauty, wisdom and love in every aspect of Creation. They
simply “see through the eyes of the heart.” All of us have this ability. Most
of us, however, have forgotten how to do so and need to re-remember how it
feels. Only then will we realize that the Garden is and always has been
within our grasp – where we can breathe in the sweetness of life, taste the
splendor, and see the magnificent bouquet that is ours to experience.
