How does Theta Healing work?

The session itself is all directed by you. You are the one who chooses the areas you most want to focus on. Basically, we talk as if you would be talking to any close friend - everything is of course confidential and kept between you and I. And as any beliefs, thoughts, or feelings come up that are creating conflict or pain for you I will track these beliefs to find the foundation and pull those from your etheric body.

Often times the foundation, or origin, of the current issue is so seemingly different than what you are now experiencing - this is normal. We all have that. The basic premise is that we start out with a belief (usually passed down to us by our parents, culture, or society) that does not really work for us in the present. Then as time goes on we start stacking new beliefs over this original block in an attempt to maneuver around the friction it is causing. 

So what happens is that we accumulate these stacks of building blocks (made out of beliefs) that are reeking havoc in our hearts, minds, and bodies and preventing us from living our life with Joy and Passion. We become out of alignment with our Highest Purpose. What I do is track that foundational belief and pull it, allowing all of the ones stacked on top of it to topple down and be released. 

Often times, these belief stacks are causing so much turmoil within you that it begins to manifest in your physical body. This manifestation is different for everyone. Clearing the emotional body and releasing beliefs that do not serve you will make it even easier to heal the physical body of any ailments. 

Let me reiterate, you get to choose what we will work on. I am not here to tell you how you need to live your life or what you are doing wrong - there is no such thing. All serves a purpose, even the seemingly negative stuff. They are always blessings in disguise! I will simply offer you a perspective free from judgment and hold Safe, Sacred Space for you to find healing. 

How can I make the most of Theta Healing?

You can make the most of this session by being as honest as you can be in this Sacred Space we will create together. Do not worry about what I may think, or what the rest of the world would think - what matters is that you get better right? And the best way to do that is to face your fears head on and we will shine the Light on them together. Since this space is for you, only you can determine how many sessions you want. Listen to how you feel after the first one and your inner guidance will tell you what is best for you. You are the co-creator, it is time for you to take your power back!

It is important to understand that we are co-creators in our lives, whether deliberately or by default. Why not take control of our lives and live deliberately? Humankind has now moved to a new state of personal Empowerment. My mission is to guide you to heal yourself physically and emotionally on all levels.

Through this process you remember that we are all co-creators. This realization in empowering not only because it encourages ownership of your life, but because it offers you a simple way to change the direction you are heading if you do not like how it feels.

What do I hope to achieve with this work?

Now, part of my work is to help you reconnect with your inner-guidance system that is based in emotions. Learn how to listen to this voice (the spark of God in all of us) so that it can aid you in making life choices.

Throughout my own healing journey I have realized that my first responsibility is to take care of my Self so that I can then share who I am with others. “Fill your own cup first so that you may then fill others.” I would like to facilitate this process in others in order to help them avoid burnout in both their personal life and professional jobs.

I am not here to judge anyone. I offer a spiritual perspective from pure energy. The basis of my work is to help you see yourself free from judgment, which serves no purpose other than to hold you back from living the life that you want.

Please know that my spiritual perspective is free from any religious affiliations. Your personal religious background (or lack thereof) – is considered equal and separate from the work that I do.

My intention is to provide a safe space for the client to be able to heal, and support them in the process of building a new conscious awareness. However, I ask that you take only that which resonates with you and leave the rest for another.

A phone conference is $75 USD. For the increased convenience of having a session in your home or office the cost is $100 USD.


What are the many benefits of Theta Healing?

One important note: It is imperative that the client understands that no beliefs will be changed unless your permission is verbally expressed. Free will is respected above all and I will honor your choices.

The activation of Youth & Vitality chromosomes, as well as, Shadow/Phantom Strands: DNA activation will help you move gracefully through the earth’s transition and will allow you to assist others because it connects us to the knowledge in all 12 planes of existence (including point of perception, the true self). This is not an addition; we will simply be waking up something that is already there. Activated DNA is impervious to damage, whether it is from toxins, free radicals, radiation, beliefs, etc. However, this does not mean that you should stop taking care of your physical body. As with most things, balance is key. This cannot be done on pregnant women.

Open psychic centers in the body: These will be filtered so that there is no sensory overload.

Healing personal relationships: Remembering that we are all interconnected (truly we are all one), it is easier to see that all relationships serve as mirrors in our lives. With this understanding comes a new perspective that helps to alleviate the friction, or tension in a relationship. The people closest to us, especially family, hold the largest and clearest mirrors for us and therefore, have the highest potential for becoming volatile if we are not able to accept the gift of the mirror. Ultimately, these mirrors help us to better understand ourselves and allow us to further define what we want to experience in our lives. Once this understanding is found, the tension lifts and paves the foundation for a new and more profound relationship to take shape.

Healing to those around you: Once you change programs in yourself, there may also be an affect on your parents and your children. When you align with your Higher Self you begin to attract new experiences. Usually, these are more positive and that includes the healing of friction in relationships. Since family members are closest to you, they see these positive changes in your life and they reflect it in your relationship to them. This may also impel them to heal themselves.

Work with Depression: Can aid in alleviating underlying causes of depression.

Creation of feelings: Some people do not know what it feels like to have joy, love, to be loved, trust, be accepted, forgive myself and others, be respected, be human, be connected to the earth, feel worthy, safe, confident, etc.

Clearing fears: Deeply rooted fears can be assuaged and even eliminated.

My promise to you is that I will always be present. I will always treat you with respect and dignity. I will provide a safe space for you to be vulnerable so that you may heal. I will work to the best of my ability and with most sincerity to facilitate the spiritual growth which you seek. Sometimes, I will even hold mirrors for you that may upset you to see. But I promise to walk next to you on your journey as long as you so desire.

From you, I ask that you come with an open mind and an open heart, but that you take only that which resonates within you. I ask you to remember that personal responsibility is the key to ultimate healing. My wish is that you use this time to make a sincere effort to heal yourself so that you may find your joy and your passion and begin to live it. In turn, it is my wish that you leave these sessions feeling empowered and more open to the Loving Source that connects us all.
